To apply to go on the waiting list for a Tamoanchan Puppy please click on the side tab "Application Form" to complete and submit our digital application form 

Please give as much detail as possible, the more information that is given the more favourable the application will be treated as it helps us to make balanced decisions when establishing suitability for our babies to find new homes
